Grand Slam

Oh what a weekend for Irish sport. Our rugby team were superb and managed to give us an 'almost' heart attack by beating Wales to win the Grand Slam. Didn't they all look lovely on Sunday at the homecoming? I am not a lover or boxing but Bernard Dunne gave his all to win his fight on Saturday night. I think these events have given us a much needed lift in these troubled times. I am so proud to be Irish today. Only pity the Clare hurlers didn't beat the much rested Republic of Cork team, ah well......!!
